FIRST TIME TRYING TO MAKE COTTAGE CHEESE ICE CREAM, SEED CRACKERS & CHERRY PIE CAKE

Come hang out with me in my kitchen! I have been wanting to try to make cottage cheese ice cream, seed crackers & cherry pie cake. I have been looking for ways to increase protein and decrease carbs. (CARBS ARE MY WEAKNESS ) I just thought....well lets film it and then we can all hang out! 😃

✨ Seed Crackers ✨
Preheat oven 275 degrees fahrenheit (cook for 90min approximate )
1/3 C Sesame seeds
1/2 C Flax ( I think this should be ground flax) But, you can use both
1/2 C Raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 C Raw sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/3 C Cornstarch ( this may be optional if you use ground flax seed?)
3/4 C Warm water
3 Tbsp of any oil ( I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil) In the video I said 3.5Tbsp but, I think that might be to much

✨ Cottage Cheese Ice Cream ✨
16oz Cottage Cheese (whole milk)
Any Sweetener ( use as much to your liking) I used about 2 Tbsp of 🍯 honey ....I think it needed more
Blend until creamy and smooth
Freeze for 1.5 hours.....not 12 hours like me 😔

✨ Cherry Pie Cake ✨
Preheat oven to 350
4 eggs
1 box Vanilla cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
Stir together
put in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for aprox. 20 min....check center with toothpick!
