I recently repainted my front bumper because the clear coat was starting to peel off. I removed the bumper, sanded the whole thing with 600 grit and used a red scuff pad in the hard to reach areas, and painted it in the backyard. I put a light coat of red base coat with my paint gun and I used spray max 2K for the 4 clear coats. Paint job came out very good considering the 2K clear coat was sprayed out of a spray can. But let’s knock out the orange peel and get a show car finish!
