This is an introductory event for anyone who is considering the Bar as a career option and would like to know more about entering the profession.

This session covers amongst other things: why our guest speakers decided to embark upon legal careers; what obstacles they faced during that process and how they overcame them; how they chose their practice area of specialism and made the decision between pursuing careers at the employed and self-employed Bar; as well as offering other practical advice and guidance on navigating the process towards qualifying as a barrister.
