Lattice Points in Circles: A curious puzzle

Описание к видео Lattice Points in Circles: A curious puzzle

A "lattice point" in the plane is a point with integer coordinates. For each counting number 0, 1, 2, 3, ... is it possible to draw a circle in the plane that avoids going through lattice points itself, but whose interior contains precisely that many lattice points? The answer is YES for each counting number. Moreover-- shocker--all the circles you draw could be concentric!
