Sometimes it's hard to have the energy to do things we don't really want to do. However, the best tip is to just start. You'll never regret doing it when it's done. Here you have a lot of cleaning motivation.

But don't forget to reward your self when you've made progress. Therefore, here comes inspiration for baking and cooking. What better way to reward yourself with homemade food or homemade baked goods.

Blueberry pie
Use fresh or frozen (adjust the mold according to how much you have, I took two small ones because there were too few for a larger mold. If you are going to use a large mold, it is good if you have 500 grams of blueberries).

Turn on the oven at 275 degrees Celsius. Preferably top and bottom heating.

Mix the following together:
Blueberry
0.5 dl regular granulated sugar or jam sugar
2-3 teaspoons of potato flour
Mix these ingredients together and place in the pie tin

Mix together 2 dl of granulated sugar, 2 seasoning measures of salt, 3 dl of oatmeal, 1.5 dl of wheat flour (2.5 dl of gluten-free flour) and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Melt 175 grams of butter (goes well with dairy-free too) in a rolling pin. Pour it, together with 0.5 dl of syrup into the bowl with the flour mixture and stir.
Then spread the batter over the blueberries and place in the middle of the oven at around 30-40 degrees.
Enjoy with custard or vanilla ice cream.

The oat bread
Mix 3 dl fiber oatmeal and 7 dl milk in a saucepan and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.
Then pour the porridge into a bowl and mix around with a thermometer until the porridge reaches 37 degrees.
Then you add 50 grams of yeast and crumble it down and mix until it dissolves. Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of salt and 50 grams of room temperature butter.
Then work in 10 dl special wheat flour, preferably by machine.
Then leave to rise under a baking sheet for 30 minutes.
Then put the dough in a baking paper-lined form (35x25 cm) and mark 12 pieces with a knife before sprinkling some flour over it and letting it rise for another 30 minutes under a baking sheet.
The bread should then be baked in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C for about 20 minutes. Eat the bread when it has cooled and enjoy.

Steaks for the meal
Take minced meat of any kind. Season with your favorite spices. I use salt, black pepper, allspice, chili powder, paprika powder, coriander powder and garlic. Take the amount you wish to put in. Knead and shape into any variety. You can also add some Turkish/Greek yogurt, milk and breadcrumbs or eggs if you like. I usually do one of these but didn't do them this time. They become more compact without this.
Put them in the oven at 200 degrees and keep an eye on when they start to look clear. The bigger you make them, the longer they need in the oven.

Garlic sauce
Press down 1-3 cloves of garlic in a bowl. Add 1-2 teaspoons of squeezed lemon juice. 2 egg whites and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Whisk to a white foam. Then slowly drop in 2-3 deciliters of rapeseed oil while whisking. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
