Visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra, Greater Noida West for my son’s biometric update and had a very bad experience.
Waited for almost 3 hours but didn’t get a token. Came again the next day and still waited 2 hours just to receive a token.

Online booking doesn’t work, and most of the attendants inside are very rude, using harsh language with visitors.
Only the attendant at the gate, Gaurav, and the staff giving tokens were polite.

There is less staff, and they come late—even though the timing is 8:30 AM, processing starts around 9:30 AM, while people stand in line from 7:30–8:00 AM.

Suggestion: They should issue all tokens at once in the morning and keep a clear daily quota, instead of making people wait the entire day without clarity. The current system causes unnecessary frustration and mismanagement.
