Download Sales Tax Report

in today's video we will explain how to download your sales report from the software and get additional info about your sales.

So you might ask yourself “why do i need more information about my sales? I can see everything in the order page”

Well specifically for those of you who are registered as a business in the US and collect sales tax in eBay, you do not see the amount of sales tax you collect being reflected in our dashboard or in the orders page. we only display the items purchase price. therefore you are probably missing a significant amount of money when you look at your income report.

From the sales report you can:
1) check your profits including sales tax
2) and the sales report also provides the rest of your aggregated information in a sorted excel file for your convenience.

So where do you need to go?

To download the sales report go to: the reports tab - monthly sales report
Provide a name
Select your account or multiple accounts and click ok s
Select the database and click ok
Choose the month you would like reporting information for, please note we only provide monthly based reports
And now click new
At this point a new entry will display. you will see “in progres under the Status column, so please wait until its done before continuing.
Once it is done click on properties and you get a highlighted Net Profit(old style) entry
Click on it and you will see a file being downloaded

At this point you can open the file and will be able to see all the information including the sales tax and the other details associated with the buying and selling of your items.
