This video explains and shows in detail everything worth knowing about the stall exploit, such as mechanics, usages and origin. I don't condone the usage of this exploit. Since there is so much misinformation floating around I feel it is best if the mechanics of the exploit are revealed for the entire community to see. I also want to help put some pressure on Niantic to force them to fix the game. Sorry for the rant, but I am so sick and tired of Niantic not fixing the basics of PvP even after all this time.

The information density is very high in this video so you might prefer watching it twice, first listening to the rant and then focusing on the examples. I just don't want this to be a long video even though it easily could have been three times the length.

The exploit was discovered by a friend of mine in May and in the beginning of June Niantic were informed about the issue, but they still haven't made an effort to fix it.
