After a tough conditioning session we ended with this fun competitive 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿. Using the med ball increases the rate of force development and rapid muscle activation in the chest, core and posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and lower back).

The first garbage can is worth 10 points, the second 20 and the third 30. The first team to get a total of 30 receives a point and wins that round.
Round 1 Underhand toss
Round 2 Chest toss
Round 3 Sit-up toss

At the end of our outdoor sessions we always try to end with a Game Finisher.
