"Otterbein brings so much to the Village of Pemberville. There are several programs that are on out here, informative things, things of general interest to seniors that might want to take advantage of. Otterbein goes to Pemberville quite frequently and interacts in the community; they bring the bus with all the residents that want to see shows at the Opera House, they bring residents to the free fair, they sponsor Senior Bingo Days at the fair and the Harvest Gathering on the river. They have a bus to help transport people around town. They support Christmas in the village. There's a lot of co-mingling of the residents here."

"At Otterbein everything is inclusive, from the villas to the assisted living to the nursing facility. Everything is taken care of for the residents and they don't have to worry about anything. They can even have their meals delivered to them. They have all kinds of things that seniors would enjoy. The grounds are beautiful. The deer in the backyards are wonderful. It's a lovely place to be."
