ड्राई फ़्रूट पल्म केक . Christmas special -Delicious Eggless Plum Cake

It is made up with so many berries and dry fruits that makes it yummy as well as full of energy & nutrition. It can be made in different ways. It is mainly made with eggs but here i am making Eggless plum cake with lots of berries and dry fruits. It needs some pre preparations. So we have to start early as tomorrow is Christmas. This you can make on new year also and enjoy with your family and friends with this sweet treat.

Ingredients:
Pre Preparations
1.Berries: blue berry, cranberry, cherry
2.black raisins
3.Dates
4.Fig
5.Tuti fruti(colourful)
6.Black Grapes for juice
Step 1: Soak all ingredients in the fruit juice for 7-8 hours(each dry fruit around 20-30 gm)

Other Ingredients
1.Maida-150 gm(1 bowl)
2.Butter-75 gm(1/2 bowl)
3.Brown sugar-100 gm(1/2 bowl)
4.curd-2 spoon
5.Cashews and pistas
6.Baking powder-1 tea spoon
7.baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
8.clove powder-1 pinch
9.nutmeg powder-1 pich
Step 2:
Beat the sugar with butter
Step 3: Mix curd and soked fruits
Step 4: Mix all dry ingredients
Step 5:Grease the cake tin of 8*8 inch
Step 6.Bake the cake for 1 hour at 160 degrees
step 7:Delicious plum cake is ready
