In this episode the team must rush to do a medivac air rescue of a fisherman who's arm has severed its veins with a fishing hook. The crew on board the fishing boat has fashioned a makeshift turnekit but if the Coast Guard doesn't get him medivac'd in time he could lose the whole arm!
