We continue with chapter 9/29: New Properties and functionalities in CSS 3, where we continue with p. 29.4. New features in the Background property.

In this lesson, we will look at what properties the background property contains, and in more detail those included in p. 29.5. Gradients. The Gradients are one of the new functionalities through which we can realize very beautiful color effects. New features in the background-image property, as we will continue with Linear gradient. With linear gradient, the set color changes in a straight line. It is implemented with the linear-gradient() function.
