For professional and business life, this week focuses on leading by example, transparency, and integrity. Visible honesty—whether in an honest investor report, a fulfilled promise, or a consistent rhythm of contact—establishes alignment and trust. Soft influence has more effect than coercion; advance comes through readiness, not rush.
