i. Women
ii. Children
iii. Persons belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe
iv. Victims of Trafficking
v. Mentally ill and differently abled people
vi. Victims of natural disaster/ethnic violence
vii. Workers in unorganized /industrial workers
viii. Under trials, and
ix. People of low income group

LEGAL MATTERS COVERED UNDER THE SCHEME ARE AS FOLLOWS:

i. Dowry, family dispute, divorce, protection from domestic violence.
ii. Sexual harassment, sexual abuse, eve teasing at the workplace.
iii. Maintenance of women children and senior citizens.
iv. Rights regarding property and land.
v. Equal wages for males and females.
vi. Maternity benefits and prevention of foeticide.
vii. Prohibition of child marriage, protection of children from sexual assault, prevention of child labour and implementing right to education.
viii. Arrest – (F.I.R)/ process of registering the First Information Report.
Atrocities against scheduled castes/ scheduled tribes and their rehabilitation.
