Alan Natale on Designing for B2B

Описание к видео Alan Natale on Designing for B2B

February's #BeerAndUX was led by Alan Natale, a UX Lead based out of Los Angeles. In this video he describes in great detail: What exactly does it mean to design for B2B versus B2C?

Alan hails (originally) from Boston. He transitioned to the world of UX from multimedia design, and has worked across the healthcare, live event, and finance sectors. He’s most proud of work that has helped people easily tackle their medical bills and protected small business owners from fraudulent transactions. It’s why he got into UX — collaborative work focused on making the mind-numbing more manageable.

Alan came to his current role at Apple from Visa, having previously worked at Ticketmaster/Live Nation and Kaiser Permanente. For five years he was the UX Director for Entertainment Partners, a Hollywood finance and accounting firm. His career has largely been focused around business to business products and internal UX applications. His family includes his partner, an NBC News producer; a rambunctious two-year-old rescue dog named Wyatt, and a niece who is a producer at Netflix. When he’s away from the office you’ll probably find him outside, or drawing (@illustration4dragons) and editing photographs on rainy days.
