蘿蔔浸花蛤:

材料:
花蛤12兩
蘿蔔1斤
薑1舊
芫荽1棵

處理:
1. 蘿蔔批皮,切一片片。
2. 煲1鑊水,加入1茶匙鹽,放蘿蔔至煲滾。
3. 薑切片,芫荽頭切粒。
4. 蘿蔔滾起,熄火,浸20分鐘至熟透。
5. 蘿蔔開始轉透明,擎乾水,清水沖走鹹味。
6. 煲滾水,放花蛤,煮滾1分鐘,熄火,繼續浸2分鐘。
7. 花甲,擎乾水,清沖乾淨,擎乾水。

烹調:
1. 煲500毫升水,放入薑片、蒜頭及蘿蔔至滾起,滾2分鐘。
2. 放花蛤冚蓋。
3. 滾了2分鐘。
4. 加少許鹽。
5. 上碟。

Flower clam soup with white radish:

Ingredients:
Flower clam 12 taels
White radish 1 catty
Ginger 1 No.
Coriander 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Peel and slice the white radish.
2. Boil a wok of water, add 1 tsp salt, then the radish, wait for boiling up.
3. Slice the ginger, dice the coriander.

Steps:
