Ingredients:-

Paneer 200gm
Oil 1/2cup (for frying)
Onion (2big)cut small pieces
Tomato (2big)cut small pieces
Ginger 1inch
Garlic 6-7cloves
Green chili 2
Cinnamon stick 1inch
Cloves (laung)5-6
Cumin 1tsp
Haldi powder 1/2tsp
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Oil 3tbsp (for cooking)

Method of preparation:-

Cut Paneer in cube shape and shallow fry 2-3min.
Make masala (Onion +garlic +ginger +chili)with little water.
Make Tomato puree with 2tomatoes.
Heat kadai,and oil. After that and spices then
Add onion masala,add haldi powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook masala till oil separate. Add salt.
Add tomato puree. After that add coriander powder and Cumin powder. Cook masala till oil release. Add water then add Paneer pieces. Add Garam masala powder. Cook 4-5min. Switch off gas.
Delicious matar paneer ready.
Serve with hot chapati or rice. Enjoy ☺️
