Angle of elevation and depression

Описание к видео Angle of elevation and depression

The angle of elevation is the angle between the horizontal plane and the line of sight when looking up at an object. It is measured from the observer's eye to some point above the horizontal.

For example, if you are standing on the ground and looking up at the top of a tall building, the angle of elevation is the angle formed between the line of sight to the top of the building and the horizontal ground level. This concept is often used in trigonometry to solve problems involving heights and distances.
