Ingredients
500 gram horse gram
3 litre water
1 cup coconut pieces
550 gram tomatoes (6-7 medium size)
2 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 medium size onion chopped
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp zeera methi
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp all spice powder (garam masala powder)
Salt to taste
6-8 tbsp oil
Curry leaves
2-3 tbsp onion sliced
½ tsp rai (mustard seeds)
1 lemon size tamarind

For Kuftey (meat ball )
½ kg keema
1 small onion chopped
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
4-5 tbsp bhuna chana dal
⅛ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp all spice powder
