[4K] Rio Grande Train Ride, join us for a Crhistmas ride on this classic Rio Grande loco as we travel on a festive journey through the heart of Tornado Springs, into the woods, around Little Africa to Peppa Pig World.

The Rio Grande Train is one of the oldest rides in Paultons Park, opening in 1987. The train ride closed in 2019 due to the construction of the Tornado Springs area and reopened on April 12th 2021 fully refurbished with onboard audio. The Severn-Lamb train was also repainted from blue to red for the reopening.

Height restrictions for the Rio Grande Train are 0.8 meters. Guests must be over 1.2 meters to ride alone and be between 6 and 12 years old. Guests over 13 years old can not ride alone and must be accompanied by a child aged under 13 years old.

Christmas at Paultons Park is a family-friendly event at Paultons Park and the Peppa Pig Theme Park, Peppa Pig World. A Celebration of Christmas at Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World takes place between 3rd and 23rd of December 2022. Paultons Park Home of Peppa Pig World opens at 10.00am each day and rides close at 4:30pm. Not all rides are open but the majority including all of Peppa Pig World, Tornado Springs and Lost Kingdom with the exception of Temple Heights which has been removed to make way for a brand new attraction coming 2024.
