Satisfactory Plus Again! The GREATEST MOD Satisfactory has to offer.

So. Yeah. My dearest viewers:

We had a great save of Satisfactory Plus that I loved. We built a city, we made wurstgulasch, and we had a lot of fun. But then I spread myself too thin, I spent way way way too many hours on a single build that wasn't important at the end of the day. And I burned myself out. I needed a break, so I took one.

But then, as the weeks turned into months, and the months turned into guilt and regret, I couldn't bring myself to go back into the City. I explain this a bit in the video, but I basically moved too quickly through the tiers of the game, without solidifying the appropriate production for necessary parts. To continue on in the City, I'd have to go back and restart from nearly scratch, building up production for important items that I neglected to automate at the get-go. Things like conveyer belt parts that we need. As someone that has ADHD (which I only learned about myself during my sabbatical from SF+) , that task proved too daunting. I thrive on new experiences and new stimuli. That's one of the reasons I love SF+ so dang much. But since I couldn't bring myself to go back to the City, and I still love SF+ so very much, I figure the healthiest thing I could do is start again. (Quick aside, I will go back into the City at some point. And maybe even continue that world...and I'll definitely release the save file, as some have requested).

Also as someone with ADHD, I do really well with tasks that are presented as goals. I love crossing out a "completed" task. So this season, this playthrough of SF+, I've made two simple to explain goals. I have to automate and stockpile LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE GAME. And I HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO USE BLUEPRINTS. And then I have to share those blueprints on my discord. As simple as it sounds, presenting myself with those goals should prove effective as if I can't advance and get that dopamine hit, I'll do what I have to.

Thanks for joining me on this journey. This game. This mod. They're my favorite experiences outside spending time with my family, and I enjoy having a healthy creative outlet where I can combine my love of games and gaming with creating (I hope) fun to watch videos to you similar friends.
