Alden Tassel Loafer Repair With Mirror Shine

These Alden loafers came in needing new soles and heels. There were also some scuffs and cuts on the toes and heels. First we took off the old sole and heel. We then took the old welt off and did some cleaning on the upper. We then fine sanded on the scuffs and cuts on the toes and heels to smooth them out. Once we got the cuts smooth we put on new welt and JR oak bark pit tanned soles. The customer also wanted Triumph toe plates. Once we finished the bottom of the shoes we then burnished the toe and heels and then finished them off with a mirror shine.
