The APRU Global ESG Lecture Series is designed to provide a sound foundation in basic principles of sustainability, and to unify research across ecology, conservation, environmental health and waste management with a focus on the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices.

The series is open to academics and students. Participants will be able to learn from and interact with world-renowned experts through a series of lectures delivered via a real-time video conference on Zoom.

Corporate Sustainability and ESG Management by Prof. Jay Hyuk Rhee, Korea University

Professor Jay Hyuk Rhee will lead the discussion, providing valuable insights into corporate sustainability and ESG management. Attendees can anticipate an engaging exploration of best practices, challenges, and emerging trends in integrating sustainability principles into corporate strategies. This session is poised to offer essential knowledge for professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders invested in the future of sustainable business practices.

As a professor of business administration at Korea University since 2001, Prof. Rhee is a key figure in sustainability research. He directs the ESG Research Center and co-chairs the International ESG Association, among other roles. His extensive research and publications in sustainability and corporate strategy make him a leading expert in the field.
