👋 Hello everyone — meet Tyron Flores, COO of The World of Music School.

Born and raised in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, Tyron is proudly bilingual (Spanish & English) and brings something incredibly powerful to our school: the ability to truly connect with people.

While his journey didn’t start with formal music studies, music has always been part of his environment. Over the years, Tyron worked in many fields — electrician, dancer, bartender — experiences that shaped his leadership, adaptability, and people skills.

Since joining our school in 2022, Tyron has been instrumental in:
✔️ Building strong systems
✔️ Supporting and hiring our amazing staff
✔️ Developing the structure that allows students to focus on what matters most: learning, growing, and having fun through music

🎯 His vision?
To create a school where families can walk in with confidence, students can master their instruments, and everyone feels supported every step of the way.

🍳 Fun fact: Tyron studied Culinary Arts in Puerto Rico — yes, he can cook too!

You’ll often see him at the front desk or at our events, always reminding everyone:
