INGREDIENTS for JALEBI / JILEBI:

For the batter:
1 cup Maida
140 ml water
1/4 th cup of Yogurt/Curd
1/2 tea spoon of baking power

For the Sugar sirup:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 pinch Saffron / Kesar
1 table spoon Lemon Juice
1/4 tea spoon of cardamom powder
