Playthrough | Part 2: Purge the Poison from Chozo Ruins

As I mention already, we continue on. Welcome to Part 2.

We do obtain a few upgrades in the previous part but the problem is that much of the Chozo Ruins has been seeped with a poison. A poison that has ruined much of the area. So now we got to work to hunt down the source. Eventually we come face to face with the one responsible, Flaahgra.

Flaahgra isn't a tough boss. You need to start by stunning it with weapon fire and then focus on the sun lamps. You need to cut it's solar source. Once you do that, the tentacles will open up, allowing you to go into morph ball form and deliver a Morph Ball bomb to damage it. You need to repeat this three more times. Each time though you need to deactivate more solar panels. Stunning it does buy you some time though but not much.

After you take it down for the fourth time, Flaahgra goes down and you obtain the Varia Suit. The Varia Suit will make the next few areas a lot easier for you.

Part 3 will have us not only survive blazing heat but the frigid cold too.
