This uses decay, multistrike, and trample effects as the main strategy.
This achievement/trophy is unlocked by "Win a run with all covenants enabled on The Banished".

The format is going to be:
1. Spore Launcher + Cluster Colonel applying large stacks of decay
2. Funguy providing additional damage in front
3. Trample effects provided by Punk Shredder
4. Huge multistrike attacks by Dante the Dependable with Everlasting Light equipment

Required actions
*Gaining Punk shredder reward
*Gaining Spore Launcher at banner
*Invite Dante the Dependable at the Alcove event

Highly recommended actions
*Skipping most cards other than the ones mentioned in the beginning
*Increasing health/defense of Punk Shredder, Dante the Dependable, Spore Launcher
*Focus on increasing ember count with boss reward gems

This guide will show you how to easily and quickly get the Kinslayer Achievement on Xbox for Monster Train 2. Also works on PC. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the run.
