Perfect And Tasty Beef Cutlet|Kerala Beef Cutlet Ingredients
buffalo/Beef 1 kg
black pepper powder 2 teaspoon
salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
potato 1/2 kg
ginger 75 gm
green chilies 75 gm
cheriya Ulli (shallots) 250 gms
curry leaves 4 stems
coconut oil/ sunflower oil 4 to 5 tablespoons
cinnamon 2-inch piece 2 / 6 gm
cloves 2 teaspoon /5 gm
(dry roast cinnamon and cloves and make powder .add 11/2 to 2 teaspoons / 3 to 4 gms of this powder to cutlet)
eggs 2
bread crumbs 2 cups
coconut oil/ sunflower oil for frying

ONION SALAD
Sliced onion 2
chopped tomato 1
chopped greenchillies 1 or 2
vinegar /lime juice 1 to 2 teaspoon
salt
In a bowl take some water add 1 teaspoon salt .Put the sliced onion in this water for 10 to 15 minutes.Take the onion out of the water and squeeze the water and put the onions into a bowl,add chopped tomato,vinegar, green chili and salt . mix well.Adjust the vinegar and salt according to your taste.
