After far too many years I am back on YouTube sharing my newly converted van! I bought a Ford Transit custom LWB as a base vehicle and then converted it using my own design.

I wanted a no frills van, which was focused on storage, comfort and cost and space for my dog and me to hang out!
Here is the breakdown of what I did:

Full insulation using dodo sound deadening mats, dodo 12mm pro liner and dodo mat floor insulation. Additional insulation material for any other cavities.

Rear windows and side windows installed. ( Outfitters)

Webasto 2w heater ( outfitters)

200watt solar panel ( outfitters)

2x110 leisure batteries and MTTP converter.( outfitters)

Electric hook up ( outfitters)

All furniture made using 18mm plywood and all treated with Osmo, wood protector and Osmo Polyx oil. ( great stuff!). I used 5 sheets of plywood and lengths of 3x2 inch wood for the bed along with slats.

The security system is upgraded along with the music system.
