Pandesal Bread Machine

Learned to bake due to covid. Tested several recipes and came up with my own, we never buy bread from the store since.
This video is for my family, friends and kababayans missing the baked goods at the local panaderia. Hope you'll like this recipe and enjoy baking our favorite bread, pandesal.

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (250 ml)
1 tablespoon yeast (12 grams)
1/2 cup sugar(110 grams) ( 1 tablespoon from this to be used with the yeast (16 grams))
2 cups bread flour (260 grams)
2 cups all purpose flour (260 grams)
1/3 cup butter (70 grams)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt (6 grams)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs (40 grams)
