Kukis need to be driven out, as they are a threat to our existence - Pramot Singh, Meitei Leepun

The war will not stop and we will continue to drive out Kukis, as they are a threat to our existence and for our future generations to live peacefully. The original settlers of Churachandpur, Kangpokpi, and Motbung(originally called Uyung Lawai) are the Meiteis, and driving them out will take time.
This was stated by Pramot Singh, Thouburel of Meitei Leepun in a heart-to-heart interview with the Imphal Times.
