Zaxara, the Exemplary EDH | Commander Budget Deck Tech

This video explains how you could build a budget Zaxara, the Exemplary edh/commander deck. This deck wants to ramp super hard in the early game and then cast a bunch of great X spells for big plays and big Hydras from Zaxara. Rogue's passage helps us to get our bigs through, including Heroes' Bane and Simic ascendency can get us there if combat damage won't. Villainous Wealth can also find us some fun win conditions if our huge Hydras are feeling lazy. This edh deck tech was just under $39 on the day of recording using a cards average pricing from mtgstocks.com (excluding the cost of the commander and the basic lands).
