Hello, this is Michelle with your SkillBuilder Minute.

In this SkillBuilder video, I'll show you how you can use the Call Hub interface to dial out to a participant and how to use the Dial List.
First, let's go to www.ConferTel.net to log in. At the top of the ConferTel homepage is the Customer log-in link which you will click on to log in. From the log-in page, enter your email address and password.

Once you've successfully logged in, you should arrive at the Dial-in Conferencing IDs page. You will see a list of all your active conference passcodes that exist in your account.

Locate your passcode and to the right, under the Manage column, click on the LIVE CALL link which will take you to the Call Hub where you can visually monitor your call.

You must start your conference call in order to activate the dial out feature. Once you've activated your conference call, at the top of the Main Conference table in Call Hub, you will see Dial Out and Dial list.

Click on the Dial Out link to call out to a participant. From the Dial Out page, you can type their phone number or paste it into the field. The Dial Out page shows accepted formats of phone numbers. After entering the phone number, you can add the participant's name.

Once you've initiated the dial out, you will be brought back to Call Hub main view as the system attempts to call out to the participant. You will be able to see the status of your dial out attempt. You can disconnect the connection by clicking on the yellow phone icon. If you have successfully reached the participant, they will be audible and active in the conference.
The Dial List allows you to call out to multiple participants and bypasses the Dial Out page. In order to use the Dial List, you must go back to the Conference Planner Tab and created your attendee list and Conference Profile.

In the attendee list subtab, enter the attendee's full name, phone number, email, and add. Repeat as necessary.

Next, click on the Profile subtab and create your conference profile. For this demonstration, I had labeled my profile "Brainstorm". Of course, you can label it anyway you like. After you have created your profile, click on the ADD button to the right and wait for the profile for the profile to appear in the PROFILE table. Click plus sign to the left of the profile name to allow so you add your attendees to this profile. Once finished, click the save button. Now that you have created your profile and attendee list, your profile or profiles will appear as an option to be selected when you select the Dial List. Choose the profile you would like to conduct the dial out and the system will populate the profile attendees. You can then click on the yellow phone icon to begin the dial out.
