Paul Rosenberg discusses the early history of the cypherpunks and their interest in digital cash leading up to the invention of bitcoin. Paul Rosenberg is the author of the Freeman's Perspective monthly newsletter and a founder of Cryptohippie, a leading provider of encryption and anonymity technologies. He is the author of A Lodging of Wayfaring Men, Production Versus Plunder, and The Breaking Dawn. He has been involved with cryptography projects since the 1990s.
