Vegan Mushroom burger:
16 oz King oyster mushrooms
9-10 portobello mushrooms
1/2 xup Chickpea flour
1/2 cup kamet flour
Sea salt
1 tsp basil
2 tbs summer savory or thyme
1 tbs coriander
2 tvs onion powder
1 tbs Ground fennel
1/4 Cayenne pepper
1 cup of mushroom water
3-5 tbs avocado oil
3-4 tbs coco aminos

Vegan Burger Buns:
2 cups spelt flour
1 packet Active dry yeast
1/3 cup nondairy milk lukewarm
1 tbs coconut sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
4 tbs olive oil

Vegan Mac sauce:
1/2 cup vegan mayo
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs sweet relish
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp coconut sugar
