Amtrak Locomotive Tier List

You know me as the AmtrakGuy, but what Amtrak locomotives do I really like most? That's a question I've surprisingly not answered beyond the F40PH being my alltime favorite. So, I'm finally going to answer that using a somewhat definitive tier list while explaining why or why not I like a certain engine. Which ones do you like? Let me know in the comments below!
