Windows 3.1 Build 060 is an interin beta release of Windows 3.1. It brings over many of the multimedia features from Windows 3.0 MME, like the sound recorder and Media Player, and is the first build to have sounds in 3.1. Most of the filenames now have internal file descriptions and version information making them easier to identify. The wording in the Control Panel error has changed from the previous build. Paintbrush no longer throws up an error when trying to start. The Windows 3.1 Tutorial has been redesigned with a new option to use Windows Basics as a tutorial. The tutorial however is almost completely broken and crashed near the end of the video, and my custom dark mode color scheme from the developers of Rectify11 broke in the process, effectively making the visual style half dark mode and half light mode.
