VZR Model One Review - Ultimate Audiophile Gaming Headset?

The VZR Model One gaming headset challenges what our expectations are of a gaming headset. It retails for $349.99, and blurs the lines of audiophile sound with gaming performance. This is one of the longest reviews I've ever done (originally over 45 min!), but there is so much to cover and explain regarding the science and benefits behind what makes the VZR Model One headset what it is. Be sure to leverage my chapters below to save you time, but don't skip the science lesson on ear pinna and the Crosswave technology chapters! Lastly, even though the Model One works well on many sources thanks to the 32 ohm and 100 dB-mw sensitivity rating, I feel it paired best with the Schiit Hel2 DAC/amp which has loads of power and a great microphone preamp. For about $550 all in between the two, you get some serious sound capability. Thanks as always for the support!
