Backpacking Virginia's Triple Crown with 6 Year Old | McAfee's Knob, Dragon's Tooth & Tinker Cliffs

Our family backpacked through Virginia's Triple Crown, during kindergarten Spring Break, (mid April). We walked only 1 miles the first night to Pickle Branch Shelter, then took on 15 miles over Dragon's Tooth to Catawba Mtn Shelter, right before McAfee's Knob. The third day we saw McAfee's Knob and Tinker Cliffs and stretched a total of 11 miles, which included a 3 mile blue blaze to the car. Thanks for watching!
