Eggs – 2 large.
Milk – 1/2 cup (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
Onion – 1 medium (about 100 g / 3.5 oz).
Red bell pepper – 1/2 medium (about 60 g / 2 oz).
Cherry tomatoes – 6–8 (about 100 g / 3.5 oz).
Salt – to taste.
Black pepper – to taste.
Garlic – 1 clove.
Butter or oil – for greasing the dish.
