First cook on the new grill! Switching over from a pellet smoker I had for about 4 years that I wasn’t ever really pleased with. Figured it was time for a change. Before that I had a huge reverse flow built in one made from brick and stucco. Couldn’t take it with me so had to make the switch. Almost pulled the trigger on a Rec-Tec Stampede and I’m glad I didn’t. So far super happy with this one. Many more cooks to come! Like, Subscribe and share!
