LOS ANGELES - At Gilbert Lindsey Park, Thad "Lil Gangster" Thomas talks about the Latino gangs in the area during late 1970s and early 1980s, Varrio 40th Street, 38th Street and 23rd Street Primera Flats.

Thad also talks about the possible formation of the 42 Gangster Crips and how the 40s Avalons started when he was in YA. There was also a South Side 43 Gangster Crip set that formed during the early 1980s.
