ATF Says No More Form 1 Suppressors - Are SBRs Next?

The ATF put out an open letter last week, saying that "solvent traps" don't exist and that they cannot be used to build a Form 1 suppressor, anymore. This basically leaves expensive Form 4 factory built suppressors and VERY lengthy wait times as the only real way to get a can anymore. If they can do this with suppressors, what's to stop them from doing the same thing to Form 1 short-barreled rifles? We've already seen them try to make braced "pistols" into illegal "unregistered SBRs" over the last year, and the consequences that had on the entire gun community. Even though we eventually got a national injunction, it was a major problem for a lot of people while the court process was taking place. What will they do next to infringe on our rights?
