About Colva Beach

Colva Beach is undoubtedly the most favorite among the Indian tourists and locals in south goa.

Colva Beach is around 9 kms away from Madgaon railway station, 21 kms away from the Goa International Airport and 34 kms by road from Panjim city.

Tourists flock this beach throughout the year and the locals too prefer to drive down to this beach every weekend as it very close to Madgaon city, which is one of the major cities of south goa.

This beach is around 2.5 km long and is known for its powdery white sands and is flanked by coconut trees all along the coast line.

There are numerous temporary beach shacks erected all along the beach which adds more charm to the beauty of the entire place.

Colva Beach is also popular for water sports like paragliding, jet-skiing, snorkelling, speed boat ride and banana boat rides among others

this beach offers a variety of accommodation options catering to all categories of tourists and lots of options are also available for the budgeted tourists as it is a very popular destination among the Indian tourists in south goa.
