In 1928, the brilliant industrialist Piero Dusio, after a long football career with Juventus, bought and restored this house in his hometown. It dates from around 1760.

The villa and location is simply beautiful. There are 8 bedrooms and a 2-bedroom apartment, swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning views of the Alps.

The house is located in Scurzolengo. I am convinced this is the best area of Piemonte. The Langhe Barolo area is now the most desirable but homes have become ridiculously expensive. If you want calmness, beautiful small towns, great wines, incredible food and be in a place that makes perfect sense geographically, then this is it.
