SharpGrade R 3.4m (134") grader blade with hydraulic side wings and rear blade

The SharpGrade R is designed for the serious grading contractor who values accuracy, productivity & versatility. The SharpGrade R grader blade with hydraulic side wings and rear blade can precision grade in either direction. 2 x 450mm (18") side wings are largest in class, using heavy duty construction with replaceable cutting edges and 75mm (3") diameter cylinders. Maximum width with wings extended is 3.4m (134") but is still road legal closed for transport or trimming compacted surfaces. Wings can fold to the front or rear. SharpGrade R comes standard with QuadGrade 2D laser control which can have any 3D control system overlaid onto it. All functions are controlled from the joysticks with only 1 x 6mm (1/4") cable into the cab. The patented QuadRod linkages with HardiLube bushes are shielded & sealed for life. There is nothing on the SharpGrade R that requires greasing. With our mono-beam chassis, rigidity & visibility is best in class. Accuracy is best in class as there is no sloppy circle drive or pivoting cylinder mechanisms. The patent pending cylinder design reduces cross coupling to virtually zero. Retracting front wheels reduce overall length so it will fit across a trailer.
