Kingdom Hearts Theory: How does Xehanort know about Quadratum?

Xehanort gave a clue as to Sora's whereabouts, which ultimately turned out to be Unreality, and Quadratum. How does he know of this realm? Here's my theory. Hint: It's Xehanort's one good deed.
