We were sitting in a gathering, when we first heard him say those few lines. We don’t know how the

topic suddenly evolve in the midst of a separate discussion. At that very moment, it was irritating

maybe coz we find it in movies. How can it happen in reality?? Maybe its one in thousands.People in

the locality know him as a well established responsible citizen who is supposed to be with us during

emergency.

Well, In todays busy world, nobody has got time for others. Its better to ignore all these words as we

have got nothing to deal with it. But few months back, our friend in a chat tells that his elder brother

who is disabled is facing some barriers which is forcefully created by our very own. Later on it was

well cleared the 1 in 1000 ratio is not right. Maybe Its far beyond our imagination.

Still today, its not cleared to us why a person responsible for providing service has got views totally

opposite to what he is responsible for??

On the occasion of INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, DFINE brings to you the

events that were captured & merged together for display in the form of a short film that is whole

heartedly dedicated to all the physically disabled persons present in our society.
