Today, we're going to bust out an awesome tomahawk steak and our Weber kettle grill. We got the weber fired up to about two hundred and seventy-five degrees for the reverse setup, and we got our steak on the indirect side to start cooking. Once we reached 85 to 90° internal on the steak, we flipped the steak and continued to grill. We got the steak to around 115° internal and moved the steak right over the coals to finish it off with a nice sear on all sides.
